Welcome to Deerview Lodge & Cabins, a family-run establishment with over 10 years of experience serving the Princeton, BC community. We specialize in providing high-quality, practical accommodations tailored specifically for workforce crews, contractors, and long-term project teams.

The Deerview Business Model: Built for the Modern Crew

We understand the demands of mine and mill projects. Our lodge is designed to help companies reduce project per-diems by providing units that feel like home rather than a standard motel room.

Logistics Support: From shift rotation suites to our 4-bedroom management house, we provide the housing logistics your project requires.
Full Kitchen Units: Most of our rooms feature full kitchens (full-size fridge, stove, etc.), allowing your team to cook their own meals and save on daily food costs.
Work-Grade Connectivity: We offer the fastest Wi-Fi in Princeton at 1 gigabyte, ensuring reliable video calls for work and high-quality streaming for downtime.
Shift-Worker Respect: We enforce a strict quiet time from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We are mindful of contractors working rotating shifts who need to sleep during the day.

Property Features & Amenities

Room Variety: We offer 10 Cabins, 16 Apartment Suites, and a 4-Bedroom/2-Bathroom House.

Parking: Ample, free, and open parking is available—large enough for semi-trucks, logging trucks, and trailers.

Laundry: Paid laundry services are available on-site; check with the office for details.

Social Areas: Enjoy two common sitting areas, a community BBQ, and a fire pit for evening relaxation.

Bed Types: Most rooms feature Queen beds, with select Double and Single bed configurations.

Policies & Guest Information

To maintain a professional and comfortable environment for all guests, we observe the following policies:

Check-In/Out: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly! We welcome your furry companions for a fee of $25 per stay.
Smoking: All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outdoors away from the buildings.
Payment Options: We accept Credit/Debit, Cash, E-transfer, BTC (Bitcoin), and ETH (Ethereum).
E-Transfers: Please send payments to stay@deerviewlodge.com (Auto-deposit is enabled).

Dining: While we do not have an on-site restaurant, several options are within 400 meters, and many local spots deliver.
The Brown Bridge Pub: Located just 300 meters away for a quick meal or drink.
Outdoors: We are close to the river, biking/running trails, and the famous Bromley Rock swimming area.
Wildlife: True to our name, expect to see deer viewing opportunities all day long on the property.
